Description

So I spent some time with my top hats (after neglecting them for several weeks) and went a little crazy. This is what happens when I get my hands on netting! It's actually quite gorgeous right now. Just a few more tweaks will really make it beautiful. Tell me what you think! Are you seeing lots and lots of red...?
